51 killed, 157 injured in Thailand’s deep south last month

Last month saw 51 people killed and 157 others injured in violence in the southern border provinces of Thailand, the Deep South Watch announced Saturday.

The news came as a Narathiwat village headman and a Pattani truck driver were killed in separate incidents yesterday.
