The Thai Immigration Section 1 with an arrest warrant from a French court apprehended a French teacher who had raped his step daughter and then escaped to Thailand.

Pattaya, September 2, 2011 [PDN]; Pol.Col. Athisawit Klomrat Superintendent, Thai Immigration, Investigation Section 1 together with Pol.Lt.Col. Pravit Sirithorn arrested a Frenchman who resided at 35/70 Nattawadee village, Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road, Pathum Thani for raping his stepdaughter and then escaping to Thailand in 2006.
