Forest officials vow to demolish resorts in Thailand

The Royal Forest Department (RFD) plans to demolish and remove resorts and private homes built illegally on Khao Phu Luang forest reserves in the Wang Nam Kheow district of Nakhon Ratchasima province if the owners do not follow orders to do so within 45 days.

Six teams of forestry officials have now inspected all 22 resorts suspected of occupying forest land.
