Australian anti-government protester leaves Thailand
An Australian man who was jailed for participating in anti-government protests in Bangkok earlier this year has been deported from Thailand.
Conor Purcell has left Bangkok on a Malaysian Airlines flight bound for Sydney.
The Irish-Australian was arrested in May for breaching the city’s state of emergency laws.
