The incident occurred around 7:30 AM, with numerous shoppers and vendors capturing the unusual scene on their phones as the man moved through the market while attempting to cover himself.

According to witness accounts, the individual, described as a Western national in his thirties, appeared undisturbed by the public attention as he briefly entered a shop within the fresh market before returning to his motorcycle and riding away still unclothed. Police later located the man at a nearby snooker table, where officers assessed him as being intoxicated and unable to provide a coherent explanation for his behavior.
