The chaos began on May 4 when the suspect, described as a white male driving a Toyota Yaris (Satun license plates), allegedly targeted a 47-year-old Thai van driver, Wisit, on Phisit Karani Road.
Wisit told police the tourist repeatedly brake-checked him after aggressively overtaking his van. The situation exploded near Patong Hospital, where the foreigner suddenly reversed into Wisit’s van at a red light before speeding off.
