Two explosions in Narathiwat today, no injuries

Two IEDs were detonated Tuesday morning, one in front of Si Sakhon district police station and the other in front of a defence volunteer unit in Yee Ngor district, Narathiwat province. No one was killed or injured.

Five rangers injured by bomb in Narathiwat monastery pavilion

Si Sakhon district police said that an improvised explosive device (IED), placed near the left rear wheel of police officer’s pick-up truck parked in front of the station at 7.30am, exploded at about 9am. The officer said he had just dropped his children at school and his wife at work before he arrived at the police station.
