27 Bangladeshi Nationals Caught in Sa Kaeo Attempting Illegal Entry into Thailand

At 3:00 AM on October 26th, 2024, Thai military forces from the Aranyaprathet Special Task Force intercepted a group of 27 Bangladeshi nationals illegally crossing into Thailand near Sa Kaeo province’s natural border channels with Cambodia.

Four Cambodian Nationals Killed in Sa Kaeo High-Speed Pursuit Accident

Using night cover, the group was seen traversing local sugarcane fields after crossing from Cambodia, according to the officers. Task force operatives moved in, surrounding the group and detaining all 27 men, who carried Bangladeshi passports but lacked any valid Thai entry stamps.
