Thai provinces facing floods as storm Conson makes landfall in Vietnam

Flash floods and heavy rain have hit many provinces of Thailand as tropical storm Conson made landfall in Vietnam’s Quang Ngai early on Sunday, according to Thailand’s Meteorological Department.

Thai authorities are advising the public to stay tuned for weather updates.
