Queen Sirikit Hospitalized for Treatment of Respiratory Infection
BANGKOK, July 23 (TNA) – Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother was admitted to hospital for a treatment of fever on Sunday, said the Royal Household Bureau in its statement, released on Monday.
The 86-year-old Queen Mother developed a fever and a cough. She was admitted to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. A medical examination and and lab tests showed she had respiratory tract infection.
