Owner of the plastic surgery clinic in Lampang province turned herself up to the police Thursday (Nov 2) to acknowledge criminal charges following the death of a transgender after receiving a breast surgery at her clinic.

The woman reported to Khelang Nakhon police station in Lampang after the police charged her for operating the clinic without a license and operating the surgery without professional licence.
