Lamphun police arrested a man in the province’s Muang district on Thursday after CCTV footage revealed several instances of him allegedly masturbating in front of women.

Police had received complaints from several women that they were followed by a man on a white motorcycle, who caught up with them, sexually gratified himself, and fled the scene.
