Briton Arrested for Spray Painting Chiang Mai Railway Station

CHIANG MAI — A British man was arrested Thursday morning for spray painting a a railway station wall.

William Brian Zielinski, 38, was fined 4,000 baht after railway employee Somkid Deeloy complained to police that he sprayed a wall at the Chiang Mai Railway station at about 9am.
