NAKHON RATCHASIMA – Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) Provincial Police have issued a public appeal for vigilance following intelligence reports suggesting foreign mercenaries, possibly Russian nationals, may have entered the province. The alert, disseminated via social media by the Phonkrang Police Station on Sunday evening, specifically requests cooperation from residents in Mueang district.
