Authorities have asked the public to report any suspicious circumstances involving foreigners staying in local resorts, guesthouses, hotels, or rental properties. Citizens are urged to contact Phonkrang Police Station directly or the national police hotline 191 for immediate follow-up by officers.

In a related security advisory, the Royal Thai Air Force has separately called on the public to monitor for unusual drone operations. Individuals who observe suspicious drone activity or flights in restricted areas are instructed to report it promptly to the Air Force hotline 1374 or the 191 emergency number. The coordinated alerts indicate heightened security measures in the province amid ongoing regional tensions.
