Ukrainian National Stabbed in Pattaya Condominium Altercation

PATTAYA – A violent dispute at a condominium in South Pattaya left a Ukrainian man hospitalized with stab wounds on November 1, 2025. The incident, which occurred in the early morning, led to the arrest of a Filipino national, identified as Mr. S., 38, who is believed to be the victim’s partner.

The altercation erupted around 7:30 a.m. at a residence on South Pattaya Road Soi 3. According to initial police reports, the conflict began after the 37-year-old Ukrainian victim, Mr. M., sprayed mosquito repellent in the direction of the suspect. The argument quickly turned physical, culminating in Mr. S. allegedly seizing a pair of scissors and stabbing Mr. M. twice in the left ribcage. The injured man then managed to flee the condo to seek assistance.

He was discovered by a local vendor who reported seeing the foreign national bleeding and in clear distress. “I saw he was injured and bleeding, so I immediately called the police,” the vendor stated. Emergency services arrived promptly, providing crucial first aid at the scene before transporting the victim to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Police officers took the suspect, Mr. S., into custody at the condominium. Authorities described the suspect as appearing distraught and crying during the arrest.
