A 19-year-old Thai woman is fighting for her life after falling from the 14th floor of a condominium in Pattaya early Sunday morning, March 10th. The incident reportedly followed a heated argument with her foreign boyfriend, according to local authorities.

The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Center received an emergency call at approximately 4:30 AM, alerting them to a fall from a high-rise condominium located on Third Road in Pattaya. Rescue teams, alongside Pattaya police, rushed to the scene to investigate.

Upon arrival, security guards were found assisting the injured woman in the condominium’s garden near the entrance. The victim had reportedly fallen from the 14th-floor balcony, landing on a tree before hitting the ground. Rescue workers provided immediate first aid before transporting her to Pattaya City Hospital, where she remains in critical condition with severe injuries.

According to a security guard on duty, the victim had gone out with her foreign boyfriend earlier in the evening. The couple returned to the condominium together, but shortly after, a loud argument erupted inside their unit. The guard, while patrolling the area, witnessed the young woman standing on the balcony moments before the fall.

Police questioned the foreign boyfriend, who appeared visibly intoxicated and was unable to provide coherent statements. Authorities have not yet released his nationality or identity but confirmed that he is cooperating with the investigation.

The incident has raised concerns among residents and expatriates in Pattaya, a city known for its vibrant nightlife and large international community. Local officials have urged the public to remain calm as the investigation unfolds, emphasizing that all necessary legal actions will be taken based on the findings.
