Bangkok, February 27th, 2025 – Thai police arrested a suspect identified only as Mr. Chia, 39, a Singaporean hacker known as “Desorden GhostR”, who is infamous for allegedly launching cyberattacks across multiple countries and selling stolen data on dark web marketplaces.

Accused European ransomware hackers arrested in Phuket

The suspect was charged with unauthorized access to protected computer systems, attempted extortion, and illegal entry into Thailand. Authorities seized laptops, mobile phones, storage devices, luxury cars, and branded bags worth over 10 million baht from his residence.
