A Swiss Expat has been charged with bodily and mind harm after he allegedly kicked a female doctor near his rented villa in Thalang.

On Friday (March 1st (Mr. “David”, 45, presented himself at the Thalang Police Station after being summoned over the legal situation involving the viral incident.

The Thalang Police Deputy Chief Colonel Anukun Nooket told the Phuket Express that David has been charged with bodily and mind harm. He is being accused of allegedly kicking a female doctor, Tandao Jandam, 26, who is a doctor at a private hospital in Phuket. She had been sitting on the bottom of steps on a public beach leading to his villa when the incident happened.
