Wat Uposatharam, Uthai Thani

Wat Uposatharam (วัดอุโปสถาราม) also known as Wat Bot Manorom is a beautiful Buddhist temple located on the bank of the Sakae Krang River in the northern province of Uthai Thani.

It is believed that this temple was built during the early Rattanakosin era, and hosts several murals and five Buddha images inside. The compound has an interesting octagon multi-tiered roof building used to receive King Rama V, who visited Uthai Thani on 10 August 1906.

Wat Uposatharam is worth a visit if you’re visiting Uthai Thani. The temple is open from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm.
