Wat Chalong also known as Wat Chai Tararam, is the most popular temple in Phuket. Wat Chalong is a must visit temple for tourists in Phuket. It is a peaceful and serene place with two main buildings where you can admire the statue of the Abbott Luang Phor Cham who had healing powers.
The Temple grounds contain two main buildings, one dedicated to Luang Phor Cham and Luang Pho Chuan, and The Grand Pagoda, dedicated to the Buddha, with Buddha Relics at the top of the building.
