BANGKOK, Aug 5 (TNA) – Tropical storm Vibha continues to bring heavy rain to upper Thailand, triggering flash floods and landslides.

Vibha has been downgraded to an active low pressure as it moved southwest into Thailand’s north. But with southwest monsoon prevailing over the south, rainfall increases in Thailand’s northern and northeastern parts.
