An unidentified white man was found hanged from a water tank platform inside the compound of a Sattahip house that had been burned to the ground early Thursday.

Police and fire officials were alerted to a fire at a house on Soi Sattahip Sukhumvit 13 in Moo 4 village in Chon Buri’s Sattahip district.
