An Australian man who was the victim of a brutal and violent attack at a popular bar in Pattaya on Friday has died, it has been confirmed.

The man, who has been identified by Australian media as B. R. from Melbourne, died in Pattaya Memorial Hospital in the early hours of Saturday morning, the Herald Sun reported, after suffering castarphoic injuries to his face and head.
