SURIN: A man identified as R. M., from the Netherlands, was being held for questioning by police about the death a mother and her adult son found stabbed to death at their house in Muang district, Thai media reported on Tuesday.

He was being detained at a hospital in the province where he received treatment for injuries suspected to have been sustained during a struggle with the victims, the reports said.
