Overflowing Chi river causes havoc to many northeastern provinces
Heavy rain continues to cause havoc to many northeastern provinces along the Chi river after it overflows and submerges farmlands and houses.
A 200-metre section of the soil embankment built to prevent the river from overflowing banks also collapsed yesterday in Tambon Laharn of Chaturat district, Chaiyaphum province.
