One killed, another injured as lightning hits district in Phichit
A woman was killed and a man injured after being struck by lightning in two separate incidents in Phichit province on Thursday evening.
In the first incident, Khampha Chanmanee, 55, was killed when a lightning struck her while she was walking home after working at her farm in Tambon Thungyai in Pho Prathap Chang district.
