A 10,000 baht reward has been offered by metropolitan police for information that will lead to the arrest of a car windshield cleaner for allegedly setting fire to the Thai-Belgian bridge recently.

The suspect was identified as Samran Muangkhiew, a jobless who made a living cleaning windshields of stationary cars caught in traffic on Andre Dunant road.
