The Foundation for People’s Democratic Reform Committee will not sign a memorandum of understanding on reconciliation as proposed by the government because it does not believe that this will lead to reconciliation, Mr Suthep Thuagsuban, the foundation chairman, said on Tuesday.

For reconciliation to be attained, the former Democrat party secretary-general said the people in the country must have unity first, must respect the law and abide by the law.
