Ten teenagers had been arrested in Belgium for planning terrorist attacks at Christmas fairs, Belgium prosecution spokesman Eric Van Der Sijpt said Saturday as quoted by local media.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The teenagers reportedly received online instructions on how to kill a person and how to make a bomb.

“[The teenagers] were recruited by terrorist groups to prepare or commit terrorist acts,” the spokesman said, as quoted by Belgian newspaper Laatste Nieuws.
