Pattaya One reporters were informed of a crowd of men and women gathering in front of the Skin Art Tattoo shop and so went along to find out what was happening.

The temporary shop is located in front of the Pattaya Dragon Project on Second Road, Central Pattaya (just before the Alcazar Cabaret Show) and five tattoo artists have set up to offer free tattoos, for a limited period.
