A Russian who has already left Thailand is wanted by the Thai police for allegedly stealing about 12 million baht in cash from the ATMs of the Government Savings Bank in Bangkok and Phuket during July-August.

Pol Gen Panya Mamen, a senior advisor of the Royal Thai Police Office, said on Wednesday that the Criminal Court had issued a warrant for the arrest of the Russian suspect, identified as Rustam Sambasov, 29.
