At least 19 people have been killed with dozens more injured by a man wielding a knife in Tokyo. The attack took place in a building in Sagamihara city, west of Tokyo.

It has been reported that the building serves as a home for the disabled. Staff contacted the police around 2:30 Tuesday morning local time reporting that a man armed with a knife had been seen on the grounds. The attacker is allegedly 20 years old and has been apprehended by police.
