BANGKOK, 13 June 2016 (NNT) – The Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) has opened its Purple Line extension for public trial between the Bang Yai and Tao Poon stations ahead of a planned official launch on August 6.

MRTA Governor Peerayuth Singhapattanakul took part in an opening ceremony this morning for the 23 kilometer stretch of track.
