No explosive found on threatened aircraft landed in Bangkok

BANGKOK, 17 March 2016 (NNT) – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport has canceled its emergency situation announcement, after inspection confirmed that there were no bombs on-board the Air India aircraft that was forced to an emergency landing in Bangkok yesterday evening.

Suvarnabhumi Airport Deputy General Manager Chadanisa Chumnanvej has said regarding the bomb threat to Air India aircraft operating flight AI 332 from Delhi to Bangkok yesterday, that close inspection from the Kingdom’s EOD unit found no traces of explosives.
