Crazed woman threatens to jump from Central Pattaya Commercial Building
There was drama on the Central Pattaya Road on Saturday afternoon after a woman climbed onto the roof of a commercial building and threatened to jump.
Police and rescue workers arrived and began negotiating with the woman who initially refused to climb down from the roof and threatened to jump off if anyone approached.
