NBTC looks into mobile service operations with a weak phone signal

BANGKOK, 3 July 2015, (NNT) – National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) Secretary-General Thakon Tanthasit reports his agency is looking into recent complaints concerning cases of mobile phone disconnection due to a weak mobile phone signal.

The NBTC is also to advise service operators to rename the misleading ‘unlimited mobile’ internet data plan.
