Korat: Lottery vendor fined for overpricing

A lottery vendor in Nakhon Ratchasima’s Phimai district was yesterday arrested for selling three lottery tickets at Bt90 each to a customer.

As Somboon Sahatsukmankhong, 71, confessed to selling the tickets at a higher price than the capped price of Bt80.
