Pattaya Police doing their part to aid Japanese authorities in catching Yakuza fugitive. Chinchi Nagata, 32, was arrested on Soi Bua Khao Bang Lamung district Saturday night.

Mr. Nagata was wanted by the Japanese authorities in connection with a multi million baht phone scandal. Nagata’s gang was busted by Japanese authorities on Nov 15 but Nagata had fled to Thailand.

The scams caused 450 million baht in damages.
