Police from the Technology Crime Suppression Division are seeking court permission for a warrant to arrest the system administrator of the ASTV website, who was responsible for a fabricated palace statement being posted online, Royal Thai Police spokesman Pol Lt-General Prawut Thawornsiri said in a Twitter message yesterday.
