Kanchanaburi provincial court has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Briton suspected of murdering his Thai girlfriend and stuffing her body in a red luggage which was later dumped into the Mae Klong river in Kanchanaburi province.

The suspect, identified as Shane Kenneth Looker, 45, was believed to have left Thailand already.
