Pattaya Police seek arrest warrant for Songkran Shooting suspect

Pattaya Police are in the process of applying for an arrest warrant for a 25 year old man suspected of shooting a Songkran Festival reveler in North Pattaya on 19th April, who is suspected of kicking the wing mirror of the suspects motorbike, reportedly by accident.

As the Songkran festivities were winding down on Saturday evening, Khun Tanawoot aged 34, a local tattoo artist, was drinking and dancing with friends in front of Soi 2 on Pattaya Third Road, when his foot struck the wing mirror of a passing motorbike.
