A bizarre donation of illegal drugs was made to a Flood Donation Center in Sattahip District on Monday by a 38 year old man who himself appeared to have consumed drugs prior to handing over the narcotics.

Thai Navy Narcotics Officers were called by those manning the donation center in Sattahip Town Center on Monday Morning and seconds after arriving they arrested Khun Jukgrit who had “donated” a bag of 11 Yabba Tablets and told staff at the donation point to sell them and donate the cash to flood victims.
