Elephant tusks worth Bt20 mln seized at Nakhon Ratchasima

NAKHON RATCHASIMA, Sept 23 – Thai authorities seized 56 elephant tusks, worth an estimated Bt20 million in the northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima.

Nakhon Ratchasima deputy provincial police chief Pongdet Phrommichit led police and forestry officers to inspect the elephant tusks seized in a van parked at a hotel in the provincial seat.
