5 Thais injured in volcanic eruption in the Philippines

BANGKOK, 9 May 2013 (NNT) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has revealed that 5 Thai citizens were injured from the eruption of Mayon Volcano in the Philippines. All of them are expected to return to Thailand soon.

According to Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul, 5 Thai nationals were injured in the recent eruption of Mount Mayon located in the Southeast of Luzon Island in the Philippines. One of them reportedly suffered a broken arm while the remaining four sustained minor injuries.
