The Pattaya police and officers from the Department of Special Investigation raided several nightclubs and discos at Bali Hai pier to bust underage patrons inside the adults-only venues.

Officers detained 60 teens and took them to the police station and then notified their parents.

PATTAYA – March 23, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 5:30 a.m., 60 underage minors were detained by police making a sweep of pubs in the Balihai pier area. The sweep was conducted by Pol. Col. Aphichai Tiayakul, investigation officer, together with officers from the Department of Special Investigation (DSI).
