Bomb at 7-Eleven in Narathiwat’s Ra-ngae district to lure officials before 2nd explosion triggered, wounding 1 ranger, 1 defence volunteer.

Also, on 13 February, at least 17 Muslim insurgents including a commander were killed during an attack on a military base in Narathiwat. None of the Thai military defenders of the base were hurt.

Note: According to Thai authorities, there were 320 bombings in the four border provinces between January and December 2013.
