Thai soldier killed, 3 others injured by colleague apparently high on drugs

A private soldier shot dead a sergeant and injured three others apparently while under the influence of methamphetamines. Following the shooting at an outpost of the Yala Taskforce 14 at 7:30 am, police arrested Pvt Bancha Raklaemkae, 22, who appeared paranoid.
Police said Bancha shot dead Sgt Wichien Priksri with his M16 assault rifle. Sgt Wachira Boonlam, Sgt Sanon Muadthip and Sgt Wikorn Chumchrt were injured and rushed to the Yala Hospital.
