Thai Officers from the Child and Women Protection Unit, a division of Region 2 Police arrested a suspected drug user and his supplier in the early hours of Wednesday. They began by arresting Mr. George Howe aged 41 from England at the MB Apartments in Soi LK Metro in South Pattaya. Police also arrested his supplier, a Ghanaian; Mr. Henry Osei.

Officers had received information that he was suspected of selling drugs to other foreigners.
