Thailand expresses condolences to Norway over twin attacks

BANGKOK, July 24 – Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on Sunday sent a letter of condolence to his Norwegian counterpart over July 22’s twin shooting and bomb attacks in Oslo and a nearby island which killed at least 92 people and wounded several more.

The outgoing Thai premier’s condolence letter was sent to Norwegian Prime Minster Jens Stoltenberg.

Thai Foreign Affairs Minister Kasit Priomya also offered condolences to his counterpart Jonas Gahr Støre, Norwegian foreign affairs minister.
