The use of Marijuana in some countries is either permitted or tolerated, however here in Thailand strict laws are in place to prevent the use of narcotics. A Dutch tourist found this out in the early hours of Saturday morning when he was arrested in possession of a block of Marijuana.

A Police informant provided information to officers who were taken to a 3rd floor apartment in Soi Town-in-Town Hotel off the Central Pattaya Road where Police arrested Mr. (name removed) aged 24 who was caught with 11g of the class 5 drug Marijuana.
